Do I need specific hardware to run RetailHunch?
No proprietary locked hardware is required. RetailHunch runs in modern browsers on iPad, Android tablets, Mac, or Windows PCs. You can connect standard USB/Bluetooth barcode scanners and Star Micronics or Epson receipt printers.
Which VAT rates does RetailHunch support?
RetailHunch is country-agnostic: you configure the VAT rates your business applies, per business or per product, and receipts and invoices are generated from those settings. RetailHunch does not calculate or file taxes for you.
How does shared inventory work between POS and Webshop?
When an item is scanned and sold at your counter register, our real-time synchronization ledger immediately decrements available web inventory. If stock reaches zero, the product automatically locks online to prevent overselling.
Can I cancel or change plans at any time?
Yes, there are no long-term vendor lock-ins. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel monthly subscriptions with a single click in your settings.
